1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jedbaj platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the jedbaj.cam website or any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

jedbaj operates an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh, which includes cricket betting, live casino, slot games and other gaming services. These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

These Terms may change from time to time. The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page. If you continue using the platform after any changes, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on jedbaj, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• The name, address and contact details you provide must be true and accurate.
• You must provide a valid and active email address or mobile number.
• You must link a payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a bank account) registered in your own name.
• Registering using a third party's identity or information is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect your account is being used without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

jedbaj will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access to your account if you have not taken appropriate precautions.

2.3 Account Verification

jedbaj reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification (such as a national ID card or passport) may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

jedbaj reserves the right to verify the age of all new and existing members. To verify the date of birth provided at registration, we may request a copy of a national ID card, birth certificate or passport.

If it is found that a member created an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may verify ownership of the payment method when required. For bKash, Nagad or Rocket, the registered mobile number must be in the account holder's name.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jedbaj supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit, or to your verified payment method.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed while a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Transaction Security

jedbaj uses SSL encryption technology for all financial transactions. Your financial information is kept secure at all times and is not shared with third parties.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jedbaj offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and if these are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.
• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The conditions for activating the bonus must be met in order to use it.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering has been completed.
• jedbaj reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.
• Each promotion has a set validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.

5.3 VIP Program

jedbaj's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can move up to a higher tier through regular activity.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback.

6 Game Rules

All games on jedbaj are conducted according to defined rules. The rules for each game can be found in the game interface.

6.1 Cricket Betting

• Cricket betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and various other international matches.
• A bet can be cancelled before the match starts — once the match has started, bets cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is abandoned or the result is uncertain, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds may change at any moment.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• To ensure fair play, all game outcomes are completely random and independent.
• Live casino games are conducted in real time with professional dealers.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, jedbaj will take appropriate action.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error results in incorrect odds, incorrect payouts or abnormal outcomes, jedbaj reserves the right to void those transactions. There is no obligation to pay out winnings resulting from a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jedbaj platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Bonus abuse or participating in bonus hunting activities.
• Using automated software, bots or hacking tools.
• Collusive cheating or collusion.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting platform bugs or errors.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by jedbaj

jedbaj may suspend or permanently close your account in any of the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or age.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Financial security concerns.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed, but bonus balances will be cancelled.
